  • Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics to support business decisions and operational visibility.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of handsโ€‘on experience as a Dayforce administrator or in a similar Dayforce systems role.
  • Experience configuring Dayforce, including security, workflows, reporting, payroll, time rules, benefits administration, data imports, and GL mapping.
  • Experience supporting APIs, SFTP processes, integrations, imports, exports, and interfaces across ERP, ATS, benefits, and identity management systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, workforce data, reporting, auditing, compliance, and data governance practices.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
Key Skills for Success
  • Dayforce configuration, administration, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Security, workflow, access management, and data privacy controls
  • Payroll, time, benefits, and HR process knowledge
  • Integration management, including APIs, SFTP, data imports, and exports
  • Testing, release management, quality assurance, and change documentation
  • Analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and process improvement
  • Clear communication, training, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, prioritization, and follow-through
