Job description

Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web and Java Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Java and React, to create software solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing web applications using Java programming language
• Familiar with Docker and Containerization
• PAAS – Cloud Foundry / OpenShift
• Experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Developing front-end website architecture using React Framework
• Designing user interactions on web pages
• Developing back-end website applications
• Creating servers and databases for functionality Azure SQL or Cosmos DB
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
• Seeing through a feature from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs
Qualifications:
Required:
• Full Stack
• Java
• React
• SQL, NoSQL
• TDD
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, experience with javascript, React framework, SQL & NoSQL databases, TDD
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization, experience with creating apis, front end and backend development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect complex systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A burning desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and grow professionally
