High level skills we are looking for DevOps engineer are below:
- Have at least 3+ years of professional experience using DevOps capabilities such as automated build, testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment processes
- Demonstrated success managing and executing small to medium scale projects
- Experience in Jenkins, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Git, GithHub Actions
- Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk / OpenSearch / Prometheus / Grafana etc.,
- Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end release cycles and work on ways to automate and improve release processes
- Deploy updates and fixes, perform incidence management and root cause analysis
- Manage, monitor, and optimize automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Basic knowledge of Linux fundamentals
- Knowledge on databases such as Redis, IBM DB2, Postgres is a plus
