We are hiring Warehouse Coordinator for Chadds Ford, PA
 
Position Details:
Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Chadds Ford, PA
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM and 8AM - 4:30PM. (candidate needs to be flexible)
 
Job Description: 
Plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers or production shops ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and ship items
  • Operate computer-based inventory system
  • Transfer of items between facilities
  • Responsible for wrapping and banding pallets ready to ship
  • Monitors the unloading of all materials into the Receiving department.  
  • Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection.  
  • Monitors the flow of paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry.  
  • Oversees the movements of materials from Receiving to Warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
  • Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.  
  • Oversees the rotation of inventories within the Warehouse.
 
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Some heavy lifting required
  • Class B CDL with airbrake license preferred
  • Experience with pallet moving and storage equipment a plus
  • Experience with SAP
  • Position requires extensive lifting/standing
  • Exposure to raw materials, chemical and some dust
 
Education/Skill Level:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate or equivalent
  • Previous Shipping/Receiving experience strongly preferred
