Your impact:

  • Develop and review structural design calculations and analysis models
  • Develop and review complete project deliverables (plans, specs, estimates) for all phases of design
  • Develop staged construction schemes
  • Prepare written correspondence and reports
  • Manage construction phase services, including submittal review and RFI responses
  • Assist in the development of project scopes and fees
  • Oversee and maintain organized document control
  • Train and mentor younger staff

Who you are: 

  • 5-12 years of related experience
  • PE license
  • Working knowledge of codes and standards (AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI, etc)
  • Experience with CTDOT, MassDOT, and RIDOT polices and manuals
  • Relevant structural analysis and cadd software (Larsa, Staad, OpenBridge, AutoCAD, etc)
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • BS, MS (preferred)
  • Rail experience (preferred)
  • Alternative delivery experience (preferred)
  • Public speaking (preferred)
