Job description

Location: 3235 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and establishing metrics to improve field operations
  • Set-up and support for new open warehouse operations
  • Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
  • Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
  • Monitoring performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required
  •  English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred
  •  1~3+ years of warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics operation, importing experience preferred
  •  Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  •  Willingness to business travel in USA, Canada
  •  Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency
  •  Knowledge of systems, especially WMS preferred
