Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based techniques to foster client progress.
• Utilize secure digital platforms for virtual therapy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and best practice standards.
• Meticulously document all client interactions and progress notes in a timely manner to maintain accurate records and enhance continuity of care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
• Effectively manage a pre-established caseload, providing timely responses to client inquiries and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Open Space Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele struggling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Compensation and Benefits
