Job Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect you are responsible for refining and executing data extraction, data analysis, and data integration strategies.


  • You will lead and analyze the data requirements of customer projects, and help to implement, refine and maintain data extraction technologies, data analysis and data management processes.

  • The Solution Architect will also serve as a Technical Lead on projects and within the organization and is responsible for project architecture design, performance, and accuracy of all technical deliverables (including all design documents, mapping, etc. that are required throughout the Delivery Processes).

  • You will also be responsible for performing data analysis, designing database objects, developing database and database load scripts, and tuning SQL statements.



Knowledge Required:


  • Java/J2EE applications using Spring

  • NoSQL databases – MongoDB, Cassandra

  • BPM / ESBs (prefer open source – jBPM/Activiti, Mule etc.)

  • Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, HBase, Hive, Oozie etc.)

  • Solr / Lucene



  • 10+ years of technology experience; 5+ years of these being hands-on implementation experience

  • Deep domain expertise in one or more architecture domains – Application, Integration, Information, Infrastructure, Security

  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, DoDAF

  • Experience with modeling languages such as UML, SysML, Archimate

  • Experience working with product managers to establish product architecture roadmaps

  • Experience facilitating design sessions with development teams for details solutions

  • Experience working in a Product Engineering environment (not just enterprise), specifically on SaaS / Cloud product implementations

  • Understanding of architecture approaches and patterns in their domain of expertise
