KBR is seeking a Senior Acquisition Intelligence Analyst to support the lifecycle acquisition process for military space programs in El Segundo, CA.
You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting intelligence sources and identifying information of importance to military space acquisition programs. You will interface directly with customer personnel, supporting them with "all source" intelligence information of relevance to their acquisition programs. You will develop relationships with the intelligence community and will assist acquisition program offices in determining their lifecycle intelligence support needs and establishing plans based upon those needs.
The Senior Acquisition Intelligence Support Specialist will support the Space Systems Integrations Office for Space Systems Command in El Segundo, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the Intel IPT for C3BM increments
  • Provide liaison support between the engineering integration team and intelligence data users with regards to data interfaces, storage, access and usage
  • Participate with system of systems testing, as needed
  • Identify, collect, compile, collate, interpret and/or analyze "all source" intelligence
    information, including open and classified sources, for impacts to space acquisition programs and their missions
  • Brief leadership and program offices on the results and mission impacts
    of the intelligence collection/assessment activities (reports, messages, briefings, papers,
    recommendations, biographies, capability assessments, forecasts, and alerts)
  • Maintain an intelligence community-wide network of associates with expertise specific to Space and acquisitions intelligence and actively engage them in support of program office intelligence needs on a daily basis
  • Schedule, organize, and execute acquisition intelligence specific meetings (e.g., Intelligence Support Working Groups, etc.) in support of the customer
  • Develop, maintain, publish, update, and present tailored intelligence briefings to SSC leadership, program offices, and other outside organizations, as required
  • Develop, maintain, protect, document and/or update repositories (e.g., databases, libraries, models, etc.) for space and acquisitions tailored intelligence information
  • Manage and be knowledgeable of appropriate processes for migrating classified tailored intelligence information among various information systems (specifically, JWICS, SGN, SIC, and ISS)

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years as an all-source intelligence analyst
  • Experience working with information classified at the SCI and SAP levels
  • Independent problem solving with a variety of planning activity, including knowledge and experience in requirements development, verification, and test
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and program stakeholders and have robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting a DoD acquisition program office
  • Experience with military space programs
  • Candidate must have excellent oral/written communication skills and customer relationship skills
  • Candidate must be an independent problem solver, comfortable in a fast paced environment and be able to quickly adapt to emerging requirements and changing priorities

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $110 to $140k
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
