As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you know that understanding the adversaries' tactics, techniques, and procedures are cru cia l to producing the intelligence that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, and signals intelligence ( SIGINT ) experience to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation's most critical security missions.
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you use your spe cia lized expertise in SIGINT and attention to detail to develop access leads and products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture. You will be with a team of teams where you will share your skills , expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. From project discovery to influencing mission stakeholders, you'll solve complex problems that have an end-to-end impact on our nation.

You Have:
  • Experience with telecommunications, weapon s, and space-based technologies
  • Experience with so cia l network analysis, network exploitation, and target develop ment
  • Experience supporting and leveraging CNO projects
  • Ability to leverage processes and client tools for SIGINT discovery analysis
  • Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily
  • Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advanced dynamic objectives collection and analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with SIGINT analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with SIGINT analysis

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with dataflow and SIGINT architecture
  • Experience supporting multi-agency collaboration
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologies
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence such as SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
  • Knowledge of the latest develop ments in SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies
  • Knowledge of CNO processes and capabilities
  • Knowledge of ports, protocols, and network configurations
  • Ability to assess network vulnerabilities and identify key network topology

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
