As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for both prospective and current residents. From touring apartment homes and showcasing community amenities to processing applications and preparing move-in documents, you'll help turn prospects into happy residents.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of apartment industry experience
  • Strong sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship-building skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
