Our Staunton, VA facility to looking for Quality Technician to provide support to our Quality Department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in coordinating all activities and making sure company quality expectations are met.

Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

  • Sign off all printing/cutting/finishing make-readies prior to production run
  • Quality checks during production runs
  • Responsible for reviewing production paperwork
  • Assist with mid-month AIB audit & sorting cartons as required
  • Retrieves job jacket, purges paperwork, post production and file
  • Operates and maintains carton testing equipment and label machine
  • Trains employees on quality standards
  • Comply with company rules and regulations
  • Demonstrates tasks to temps and other manufacturing personnel
  • Audit CTQ, RTQ date
  • Oversee Quarantine functions of shifts
  • Training employees on SOP related CI and Quality
  • Pull required Customer Samples
  • Audit Corrective/Preventative Actions and production process for compliance to Quality Management System
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all company rules, regulations and safety requirements
