- Request required submittals from subcontractors and vendors in accordance with contract documents and project schedules.
- Upload, log, and route submittals in Procore, ensuring correct workflows and reviewers are assigned.
- Track revisions, resubmittals, and approvals through final disposition.
- Coordinate procurement-related submittals tied to material release and purchase order readiness.
- Confirm vendor lead times, production schedules, and delivery sequencing.
- Identify long-lead and critical materials early.
OPC Schedule Alignment
- Status submittals and material procurement items against the OPC schedule.
- Maintain accurate trackers reflecting approval progress and material readiness.
- Identify delays or risks impacting schedule milestones and escalate accordingly.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Technical, DFX, Commercial, and Execution teams to align submittals with project needs.
- Distribute approved submittals and shop drawings to all required stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation practices.
- Communicate effectively with Offshore team.
