You'll likely collaborate with different departments to help streamline workflows, analyze operational data, and assist in implementing process improvements. Interns often participate in team meetings, receive mentorship from experienced staff, and may be given responsibility for small projects that contribute to overall business efficiency. This hands-on experience can provide valuable insights into how operations teams function and prepare you for future roles in the field.
