Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Lead to oversee program evaluation, data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with management and program teams to measure outcomes, ensure data integrity, and use evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evaluation, data collection, and quality improvement strategies.
  • Design evaluation tools, metrics, and data collection plans.
  • Coordinate data collection, entry, validation, and reporting activities.
  • Analyze data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Support program planning and quality improvement using evaluation findings.
  • Train staff on evaluation processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Maintain evaluation documentation, databases, and procedure manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory entities, and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
