JOB SUMMARY & MISSION:Position is responsible for all on-site operations/functions within delegated scope of service for the warehouse.  Represents Onpoint as site lead for the customer and on-site personnel ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core member of Warehouse Team and able to perform all warehouse functionsRepresents Onpoint Team at required customer internal meetings.Coordinates the operations/functions within the WarehouseMonthly Contractor ReportingLiaison between Onpoint and CustomerFacilitates Annual Performance ReviewsConducts Onpoint Team and Safety MeetingsBuilds and maintains customer relationshipsWorks and communicates with vendors related to warehouse operationsDevelop and maintain continues improvement processes   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job requires supervisory responsibilities. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:This role does not typically require travelEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED2+ years prior experience as a warehouseman 1+ years prior lead or supervisor experience Industrial Facility PM Material knowledge  Prior experience working in a refinery or petrochemical facility .Customer MM Systems experience  (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.) OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Safety-oriented attitude with a true commitment to personal safety, as well as the safety of others is a must.Good driving record to drive company vehicle and access client facilities, as neededAbility to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety). CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:TWIC cardCurrent driver’s license from state of residence and proof of vehicle insurance with state liability minimum.Forklift Certification
