ABOUT THE POSITION JOB SUMMARY: The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Utility Enterprise Systems Developer I/II (SharePoint Developer) position. This position will be primarily responsible for: Administering, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform. Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions; creating and maintaining documentation and procedures.

Supporting integration of enterprise systems, cloud services, and databases to enable seamless data exchange and process automation. Contributing to application development using modern frameworks such as .NET and web technologies (e.g., React) or similar. Working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions

Providing technical support at an escalated level and collaborating with commercial IT solution providers for issue resolution, system upgrades, licensing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and implementations. Utility Enterprise Systems Developer I: $37.93 - $54.99 Hourly Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II: $41.72 - $60.49 Hourly This is an open and continuous recruitment, scheduling dates will vary depending on when the application was received and reviewed by Human Resources

This recruitment will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Human Resources. Human Resources reserves the right to call only the most qualified applicants to the selection process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Qualifying education and experience must be clearly documented in the "Education" and "Work Experience" sections of the application.

Upon successful completion of the training program and meeting the minimum qualifications of the higher-level class, to include obtaining any required certifications and/or licenses, the successful candidate will be non-competitively promoted to Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II.

Education and Experience: Utility Enterprise Systems Developer I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline. Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II: In addition to the above: Two (2) years of full-time experience in application or systems programming. Equivalent combination of formal education, certification program in technology field and appropriate related experience may be considered.

Licenses/Certifications: Specified positions may require possession of a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of appointment. Background Investigation: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. Additional background investigations may be conducted periodically after employment.
