ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS EVENTS
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for one full-time position Assistant Director of Admissions Events in the Department of Admissions and Merit Awards.
The Assistant Director of Admissions Events is responsible for coordinating and planning recruitment events, as well as developing and implementing recruitment initiatives with a specific focus in an assigned territory to meet enrollment goals. This position manages online events.

Required: A bachelor's degree and experience in admissions/student recruitment in a college/university setting.
Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in admissions/student recruitment in a college/university setting.
Duties include, but not limited to:
1. Coordinates and plans admissions recruitment and enrollment events. Coordinates event logistics and adheres to budget guidelines. Collect survey data for each event and provides a written evaluation for program improvement.
2. Manages and plans the departments online events as well as the virtual tour platforms. Works with internal and external constituents to implement new virtual event ideas.
3. Develop plan, and implement admissions/enrollment recruitment activities within assigned territory, which include attendance at college fairs, high school visits, workshop, panels, and other recruitment events. Enter recruitment trip, student inquiries, and evaluation information into CRM. Complete all travel paperwork in compliance with University and office policy.
4. Reviews and makes decisions on applications utilizing established criteria and guidelines. Provides on-going contact with assigned applicant pool to ensure file completion, acceptance, and enrollment.
5. Build relationships and personalize the admissions process for students, parents, and school counselors. This should include, but is not limited to, individual communication and/or updates via note writing, email, text, and/or or phone call.
Student Services Program Coordinator II (CB70/61123271), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Grade: GEN07. Salary range: $39,300.00 (minimum) to $53,100.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full-time hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Must be a team player and able to multi-task. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and demonstrated leadership/supervisory capabilities. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with professional staff across campus. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
