Job description

Think you could run our Instagram better than we currently do? Prove it.

We’re a small group of companies in real estate, construction, and property management — and honestly, our social media has been an afterthought. That’s where you come in. We need someone who lives online to take over social for multiple brands under one roof and actually make them worth following.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Creating content (reels, photos, posts) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook for several company pages — not just one

Building a posting schedule and a distinct voice for each brand

Growing our following across the board and turning that growth into real leads

Running paid social campaigns (we’ll teach you if you haven’t yet)

Jumping into comments/DMs and building an actual community, not just posting into the void

Testing ideas, tracking what hits, doubling down on what works

You Might Be a Fit If You

Already understand what makes content good vs. forgettable

Can shoot and edit your own content — no need to wait on someone else

Are comfortable juggling more than one project/brand at a time

Are self-motivated and don’t need someone hovering over you

Have social media experience — personal brand, small business, whatever, we care more about skill than resume

Why This Job Doesn’t Suck

Full-time, pay negotiable based on what you bring

Real incentive structure — hit your goals, get paid more, not just a “good job” email

Multiple brands means more room to experiment and build a real portfolio of work

Creative freedom — we’re not looking for someone to copy a template

Room to grow with a company that’s actually building something
