Teen Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to provide high-quality care.
• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, engaging clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring documentation reflects clients' progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, sharing knowledge and coordinating efforts to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain informed of the latest research and trends in mental health.

We serve a varied clientele, primarily focusing on adolescents, along with their families, who may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, active and unrestricted.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.
• A deep commitment to ethical practices and legal requirements in mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate within a healthcare team is preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and mental health documentation practices.

The salary for this LPC role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as liability malpractice insurance. In addition, we provide extensive client referrals, reducing your required client acquisition efforts.
