      • Educator access link
      • Sign up, create new account
**(It will cost $101.75 for the application fee and the license acceptance will be $61.75. This will need to be paid ONLINE when you are registering, debit or credit card ONLY).
2a. A physical AND TB test within the last year is required for the ROE only. To expedite the process, please have these completed when you go to the ROE.
  1. Apply online with DPS 61
    1. Go to: www.dps61.org
ร Create an EXTERNAL account, vacancy desired: Substitute Teaching Assistant
  1. Go to ROE (1690 Huston Dr, Decatur, IL 62526, 217-872-3721)
    1. Bring ONE sealed official transcript (unless sent electronically) your physical, TB test, and $60 to pay for the background check
    2. Nancy Hunter will then schedule your fingerprinting appointment
  1. Once ROE has received your fingerprinting results, a packet with all of your information (physical, TB, fingerprinting results, and license) will be mailed to you.

Once you have received that packet, call Camesha Halliburton at 217-362-3035 to schedule an interview.
