    • Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust with students and families, providing thoughtful updates, and addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
    • Confidently manage a dynamic calendar that may include students with different schedules, timelines, and learning objectives.

    • Communicate consistently with students, families, and TPR staff to ensure alignment on progress, requests, and goals.
    • Create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported and empowered to succeed.

What We're Looking For:
    • 3+ years of professional experience teaching in high schools or tutoring high school students in a structured, formal learning environment.
    • Strong track record of clear, responsive communication that ensures students and families feel supported.
    • Virtual teaching experience with interactive tools (whiteboards, chat, polls) strongly preferred.
    • Availability during evenings and/or weekends. Summer daytime availability is a plus.
    • Reliable internet connection and computer in a quiet, dependable location.
    • Applicants must achieve a 90 percent on a timed content exam covering both math and verbal questions.
    • Pass a paid 6-week Instructor Certification course upon hire which includes both self-paced assignments and live training sessions.

Why You'll Love Tutoring for The Princeton Review:
    • Get paid for both training and prep time, with resources that set you up to succeed.
    • Earn competitive hourly rates for your expertise.
    • Grow with performance-based raises and bonuses that reward your impact.
    • Teach with a provided syllabus while tailoring lessons to each student's goals and needs.
    • Benefit from ongoing professional development to sharpen your skills.
    • Receive support from a dedicated mentor during your first months of tutoring.
