Operations Manager to lead our Akron, Ohio team. This key leadership role is
responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, developing team
members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all service,
maintenance, and installation activities.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record in service
operations, field team management, and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Manage daily HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Management
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing technicians and office staff.
