Telecare Behavioral and Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. This position is fully remote, providing a comfortable and confidential setting for both our therapists and clients. You will be part of a collaborative team that shares the common goal of helping clients overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our outpatient office model ensures that you can efficiently manage your caseload while receiving administrative support for scheduling and billing.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the psychological needs of clients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and others based on the clients' needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress towards achieving these goals throughout the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate teletherapy options to provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who face transportation or availability challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to meet ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance skills and remain current with industry best practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and achieve personal growth.

• A current and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude throughout client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

While all qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to those who have experience in teletherapy, specific methods of therapy, or specialties within mental health. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and online therapy platforms is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits include:
