As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video conference to support clients in improving their mental health and well-being.
• Facilitating open discussions about emotions and experiences to help clients gain valuable insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Providing advocacy for clients to help them set and achieve personal goals, fostering empowerment and accountability.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and creating tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Your caseload will consist of carefully screened adults who have stable mental health conditions and are seeking guidance for various life challenges. All clients are low-acuity and are matched with you based on your areas of expertise and demographic preferences. This careful matching process allows you to build rapport easily and effectively address each client's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active license to practice independently within the state, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy sessions and client management.

While previous counseling experience is preferable, we encourage applications from candidates with a passion for helping others and a commitment to professional development. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and availability. Benefits include:
