You will have access to robust support from administrative staff to help with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, modifying them as required based on client progress and evolving needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Maintain detailed documentation of session notes, progress, and treatment modifications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage with clients in a warm, supportive manner to foster trust and openness during sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer clients to additional services when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest counseling methodologies and therapeutic practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Grace Behavioral Health Center, you will serve a diverse population of clients of all ages seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to accurately identify mental health issues.
• Experience in developing therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of diverse patients.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or with telehealth services is a plus.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation processes.

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
