Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
  • Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
  • Proficient in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect and empathize with clients.
  • Strong familiarity with technology and online counseling platforms, ensuring smooth and effective client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, particularly in dealing with couples and family therapy, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is an advantage, as it will enhance your ability to adapt to remote therapy formats.
