• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing and striving towards therapy goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental states and formulate tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize the online platform to efficiently manage schedules, document essential notes, and coordinate client communication.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low-acuity needs who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Proficient in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect and empathize with clients.
• Strong familiarity with technology and online counseling platforms, ensuring smooth and effective client interactions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, particularly in dealing with couples and family therapy, is highly desirable.
