Bring your customer service experience to Dahl CDJR in Rhinelander, WI, as an Service Receptionist! In this professional, fast-paced role, you’ll help schedule service appointments, follow up with guests, and support the Service Advisors and Service Manager with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with our Service Advisors to learn the ins and outs of the role and prepare for future advancement into a Service Advisor position. We’ll provide the training and support you need to build your skills, achieve your goals, and grow your career with Dahl Automotive.
 

The pay for this position is $17+ per hour, with opportunities to grow your earning potential as you gain experience and advance into the Service Advisor role.

 
Responsibilities
  • Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments.
  • Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments. 
  • Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
  • Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
  • Utilize online system daily.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to stay on task and work independently 
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving history
