Job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for parttime RBTs to join our growing company. RBTs assist in delivering
behavior services to clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old under the direction
and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified
Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce
challenging behaviors
Qualifications:
- Must have RBT license/certification from the BACB®
- Medicaid provider number preferred but not required
- Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
The salary paid for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and
qualifications.
