TITLE: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)LOCATION: Des Plaines, IL & Surrounding RegionGENERAL DESCRIPTION:Looking for meaningful work while gaining valuable hands-on experience in psychology, education, or child development? Join Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) as a Behavior Technician and make a real impact in the lives of autistic children.In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required-we provide all the training you need to get started and grow in the field.PAY AND TRAINING:$19-$21/hr for client sessions and office work once RBT certified$17 hourly for training, modules, office work, and client sessions (pre-certification)$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 monthsWHAT YOU WILL DO:Work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, and daily living skillsImplement individualized therapy plans created by a BCBA supervisorCollect data related to the goals and behavior plansDevelop play skills with autistic children, silliness is a must!
