Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavioral Technician, located in Caldwell, ID. The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. Qualifications

  • Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Active RBT is Required
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
  • Education in Psychology or related field
  • Empathy and patience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field is preferred but NOT required
