Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Boise clinic. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support.

The RBT Role
As an RBT at Children’s Therapy Place, you will provide 1:1 behavior therapy for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based, compassionate care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 in the clinic, home, and community
  • Track behavior and skill-building progress through daily data collection
  • Support clients using BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plans
  • Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote positive skill development, independence, and emotional regulation

What We Are Looking For
  • Current RBT credential
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
  • Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Ability to meet Idaho DHW background check and RBT certification requirements
