Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Parkland, FL

New Patterns ABA FL is a compassionate and collaborative organization dedicated to discovering each individual's potential with flexible and in-home ABA therapy. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. You will provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings, collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, and assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies. You will also maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
