Our work depends on a highly skilled developer and leader to support the CCJ6 DTT, serving as the primary contractor interface with the Government and leading a dedicated technical team to fulfill critical CENTCOM missions.

How a Power Platform Developer & Task Lead Will Make an Impact:Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead a small team (38 personnel) supporting the CCJ6 DTT.
  • Serve as the contractor Task Lead and primary interface with the Government Branch Chief and CITS Division Lead.
  • Manage contract deliverables, execution schedules, and rigorous quality assurance.
  • Mentor junior analysts and developers, overseeing technical quality, conducting reviews, and fostering professional growth.
Power Platform & Dashboard Development
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions built in Power Apps and Power Automate to drive business processes and increase organizational efficiency.
  • Integrate and build solutions with SharePoint Online.
  • Develop rich, compelling Power BI, Power Automate, and MAVEN Smart Systems dashboards and executive-level briefings for leadership decision-making.
  • Support the design of Power Platform and MSS roadmaps.
Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics
  • Develop data analytics, dashboards, and predictive models supporting critical C5ISR operations.
  • Write SQL queries and automate data collection, extraction, and ingestion processes.
  • Utilize Python for advanced data analysis, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, and machine learning where appropriate.
  • Support data governance, metadata management, and Data Analytic Environment (DAE) initiatives.
  • Create estimation of effort required for technical solutions and contribute to continual process improvements internally and for stakeholders.
What Youll Need to Succeed:Clearance & Education
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Proven experience with the overall Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and SharePoint Online integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Power BI (Dashboard development and data modeling)
  • SQL (Query writing, database interaction, and automation)
  • Python (Data analysis, ETL scripting)
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, data manipulation)
  • Data visualization and statistical analysis methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting USCENTCOM or another Combatant Command (COCOM).
  • Familiarity with C5ISR, Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), EMSO, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data engineering concepts.
  • Professional Certifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-600, PL-400)
  • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience and/or certifications in ServiceNow.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
