About the Position
Our Administrative Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for efficient office management, company events, and executive leadership team, ensuring smooth execution of activities and efficient office operations. While this position is assigned to the Business Development department, the Administrative Assistant will be the primary office support person serving multiple departments.
The position is fulltime (40 hours), and the salary range is $23-25 per hour depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
โ€ข Finalize logistical details for company events by direction of managing coordinator.
โ€ข Support event preparation, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
โ€ข Assist with setup and tear-down for company hosted and participating events.
โ€ข Coordinate and place bulk office or event related orders.
โ€ข Collect supplies and materials for interviews and events from appropriate vendors.
โ€ข Support teams/individuals hosting clients, subcontractors, community partners, etc.
โ€ข Collaborate with printing vendor for orders as needed.
โ€ข Provide executive assistance to management, including scheduling, coordination, communications, and follow-up tasks.
โ€ข Coordinate and arrange travel for conferences, events, etc.
โ€ข Collaborate with Front Desk Coordinator on day-to-day tasks.
โ€ข Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
