Our Work Schedule:
The Dover Procter & Gamble Plant operates 7-days per week on 12 hour rotating shifts. We operate on a 2-2-3 work schedule rotating between days (6:30 am-7:00 pm) and nights (6:30 pm-7:00 am).
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
- Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts
