We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Software Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft .NET Core, C#, React, and AWS cloud technologies. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications in a cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can work independently, and contributes to architectural decisions while collaborating across teams. This position will play a key role in building secure, distributed systems supporting financial services applications. 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and C#.
  • Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript. 
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions in AWS, including Lambda, S3, Dynamo.
  • Develop database queries utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL .
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. 
  • Implement secure coding practices aligned with financial services industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional technical teams. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership when needed.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services. 
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL. 
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of application security best practices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
