Position Description: About the RoleDACUT Cannabis is seeking an experienced, high-performing Online Order Fulfillment Manager to lead one of the highest-volume online cannabis fulfillment operations in Michigan.This is not a traditional dispensary management position. We are looking for a proven operations leader who has successfully managed high-volume online order fulfillment in environments such as Target Drive Up, Walmart Pickup, Kroger Pickup, Meijer Pickup, Amazon, grocery fulfillment, e-commerce distribution, or other high-volume retail fulfillment operations.Our New Buffalo location processes an extremely high volume of online orders every day. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, speed, inventory accuracy, labor management, and the ability to build systems that consistently deliver fast, accurate orders without sacrificing quality or customer experience.Cannabis experience is preferred but not required. We will teach you our products, compliance requirements, and industry.
