This position is 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Position Overview

The Order Management Specialist oversees all aspects of order management, customer service for product installations, and scheduling. The position is based in the Las Vegas office.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain accurate data in NetSuite for all electronic product orders
  • Collaborate with various departments and clients to ensure that all tasks required for installation are completed on time
  • Confirm client contacts and schedule IT/installation calls
  • Verify compliance requirements for shipments and installations
  • Confirm product configurations on orders and update work orders to facilitate installation
  • Update service tickets with the required status and information for installations and maintain a service calendar linked to open installation service tickets
  • Utilize business applications such as NetSuite, field management software, and call center software to facilitate the flow of information among team members and across various departments
  • Update NetSuite with order statuses
  • Fulfill orders and record the installation of finished assemblies at client locations while processing any return authorizations from clients
  • Prepare packing lists for compliance and shipment as necessary
  • Process installed items to convert inventory into fixed assets
  • Assist with special product orders
  • Review NetSuite Opportunities pending signed contracts with the sales team to identify orders that should have inventory committed before the normal order processing stage
  • Process Product Only sales orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Skilled in maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • General computer literacy with an aptitude for using various computer applications

  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada gaming license



Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and/or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Experience with order management, including processing sales and work orders
  • At least 1-2 years of project management or administrative experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly use hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, etc.
  • Occasionally will need to reach with hands and arms, lift objects up to 10 pounds, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl or stand for periods of time
