At Ultimation Industries, our Inside Sales Specialists are the front line for customers who are looking for conveyor systems, material handling solutions, and automation equipment from quick-ship orders to fully customized installs. You'll handle inbound calls and inquiries, guide customers to the right solution, manage orders from start to finish, and play a supporting role in our growing e-commerce operation.

What You'll Do

Customer Sales & Support (approx. 80%)

  • Manage and route a high volume of inbound calls serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking conveyor systems, material handling products, and automation solutions.
  • Partner with customers via phone and email to understand their application needs and identify the best product solutions.
  • Prepare and support customer quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process returns and resolves order-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support order entry, online order processing, and shipment coordination from start to finish.
  • Quickly build and maintain strong product knowledge across Ultimation's full lineup.

E-Commerce & Process Support (approx. 20%)

  • Support ongoing e-commerce growth initiatives contributing to one of the leading direct-to-customer conveyor platforms in the U.S.
  • Assist with process improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across the sales and order management workflow.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly.
What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience you've handled volume and know how to stay organized under pressure.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and quick to learn new products and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or GoTo phone application.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products experience.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
