Front Desk Agent (3-11)
We’re looking for a full time front desk associate with availability to work the scheduled shift of 3pm-11pm.  
This individual will be able to provide customer service and act as an ambassador for our property.  
This individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as computer skills for using company software. They should also be calm, composed, empathetic, and energetic, even during busy or stressful times. 
Responsibilities:
  • Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
    • Greeting guests: Welcome guests and make them feel appreciated. 
    • Check-in and check-out: Process guest check-in and check-out, including assigning rooms and giving out keys. 
    • Handling reservations: Take reservations by phone or online, and maintain records of guests. 
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
    • Handling complaints: Address guest concerns and complaints. 
    • Answering questions: Provide information about the establishment and answer guest questions. 
    • Making recommendations: Suggest activities and restaurants to guests. 
  • Reconcile accounts including taking proper payment.
  • Balance the cash drawer.

Skills:
  • Previous experience in a front desk position or customer service role is mandatory.
