Position Overview 
Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.  
This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position. 
Key Responsibilities  
Team Leadership 
  • Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members 
  • Build a positive, accountable team culture  
  • Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns  
Operations & Guest Experience 
  • Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service 
  • Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety 
  • Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently 
Business & Financial Performance 
  • Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts 
  • Control labor, food costs, and cash handling 
  • Review performance and take action to improve results 
Administrative & Operational Support
