Job description

Job Overview 

The Cannabis In-Store & Online Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience both in the dispensary and through online platforms. This role includes assisting walk-in customers, fulfilling online orders, ensuring accurate product information, and maintaining compliance with all state and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in-store customers by offering product education, recommendations, and support.

·        Process transactions accurately using the POS system, both in-store and for online orders.

·        Fulfill and package online orders accurately and efficiently for pickup or delivery.

·        Ensure that all online product listings and descriptions are current and accurate.

·        Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary and online order fulfillment area.

·        Communicate effectively with the inventory and management teams regarding product availability.

·        Follow all state cannabis regulations and company policies related to sales and online fulfillment.

·        Provide outstanding customer service through digital platforms, phone, and in person.

·        Assist with restocking, inventory audits, and labeling as needed.

Qualifications

·        High School Diploma or equivalent required.

·        Must be at least 21 years old or older.

·        Retail and/or online order fulfillment experience preferred.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong knowledge of cannabis products and willingness to stay informed is strongly preferred.

·        Ability to operate computers, POS systems, and inventory software including Dutchie

.         Experience in the cannabis industry is highly desirable and a huge bonus!

·        Indoor retail dispensary environment with secure access.

·        May involve extended time working at a computer or POS system.

·        Availability for evenings, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet business needs.

· Regular exposure to cannabis-related products and varying outside temperatures for curbside orders.
