• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop tailored therapy plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community advocates to facilitate integrated client care.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Your role will primarily involve working with children, adolescents, and their families, particularly those who face barriers to accessing mental health services. Many clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a crucial role in providing these individuals and families with the tools and strategies they need to overcome their obstacles and achieve better mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical practices in counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with marginalized populations or those encountering systemic barriers to care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
