Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Birmingham, Alabama (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of user interface and API components for mission-critical servicing applications within this organization. Our team drives innovation by creating secure, high-quality solutions that support key business functions and enable impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end application features using Angular for frontend development and Java/Micron APIs for backend integration.
  • Lead the delivery of complex features by breaking down epics into actionable stories and providing technical guidance to colleagues.
  • Develop backend logic, create and consume RESTful APIs, ensure proper data validation, integration, and error handling.
  • Ensure application reliability by writing tests, resolving production issues, and adhering to Agile and SDLC practices.

Required:

  • Expertise with Angular, Java, RESTful API consumption and integration.
  • Experience with NoSQL or other database technologies.
  • Strong grasp of clean code principles, code reviews, and testing strategies.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
