SIL Advisor is expanding and seeking driven, coachable individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. No prior experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you succeed.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with commission-only compensation and unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do
• Meet with clients virtually by phone and Zoom
• Help individuals and families evaluate insurance options that fit their needs
• Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up activities
• Attend training sessions and coaching calls
• Learn and implement proven sales and client service systems
