Online instructors may work for schools, universities, or private organizations, and often teach a wide range of subjects to learners across the globe. Their role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with technology.

How does an online instructor typically engage with students to ensure active participation and effective learning?

They often set clear expectations for participation, create opportunities for peer collaboration, and utilize digital tools to monitor progress. While working remotely, Online Instructors must be proactive in communication and adapt their teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
