About the Role

Our Instructors teach clinics and lessons that help players improve and fall in love with the game. Great for patient, energetic coaches who want to grow players of all ages and skill levels. Advancement to P4 / DUPR-certified instructor unlocks the top of the range.

Responsibilities

  • Teach P1 and P2 clinic programming for players up to a 3.0 skill level.
  • Provide structured road maps to encourage player progression.
  • Assist the Member Experience / Sales team with activity programming and promotions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
  • Maintain courts and equipment for safety and professionalism.
  • Promote club memberships and instructional services to prospective members.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Picklr P1 and P2 programming (Instructor Level).
  • Proven ability to run Skills & Drills clinics for players up to 3.0.
  • Preferred: competent with advanced tools (Wingfield System, ERNE Ball Machine).
  • Instruction/Coaching or competitive-play experience; patient and adaptable.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required Certifications

First Aid, AED, and CPR certification; Certification via The Picklr HQ. Advancement path: P4 / DUPR certification (regional, Kaysville UT, online, or hybrid track).
