Real Estate Agent - Lead Pro Agent (Zillow Flex & More)

The Hester Group

Cartersville, GA

$48K - $196K/yr

Full-time, Contractor

Re-posted 29 days ago

Job description

About the role

We are looking for full‑time agents who want a consistent stream of high‑intent online leads plus the training and support to convert them. If you want tangible value from your broker—not vague promises—this is the seat for you.

At Hester Group Realtors, “Zillow Preferred” is just the starting point. Our team-generated opportunities now come from Zillow Preferred, Realtor.com, our website and other online partners. Our agents are seeing up to 20 inbound leads each month and building out their sphere business to make a career out of Real Estate.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Respond quickly and professionally to inbound tour and consultation requests
  2. Run buyer and seller consultations and guide clients from first contact through closing
  3. Show homes, write and negotiate contracts, and manage key deadlines
  4. Keep your CRM and partner portals updated so no opportunity slips through the cracks
  5. Plug into training, coaching, and team culture, so you’re always sharpening your skills

What you’ll get

  1. High-quality, team-generated leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, our website, and other media partners
  2. Proven systems and scripting, so you know what to say from first contact through closing
  3. Hands-on leadership and broker support for offers, negotiations, and problem-solving
  4. In-house transaction coordination and contract compliance so you stay client-facing instead of buried in paperwork
  5. Marketing and operations support for listings, open houses, social media, and digital/print campaigns
  6. Strong earning potential with a commission plan designed to make six figures realistic for agents who follow the system
  7. No junk desk/office fees – we run lean, so more of each closing lands in your pocket
  8. Collaborative, growth-focused culture where we share what’s working and celebrate wins together

Who this is for

  1. Active (or soon-to-be) Georgia real estate agents
  2. Agents who want a steady flow of serious buyers and sellers, not just “busy work.”
  3. Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to serve clients
  4. Tech-friendly and willing to learn new systems
  5. Coachable, competitive, and open to accountability around goals and activity
  6. Ready to treat this as a full-time career, not a side gig

Details

  1. Job type: Full-time, independent contractor
  2. Schedule: Self-managed; weekends and some evenings as needed
  3. Compensation: Commission-based with realistic six‑figure potential for agents who plug into our systems and convert team-generated opportunities

So what are you waiting for? Hit that apply button and let’s have a conversation.
