Overview

Status LLC is hiring a Full-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our Bayville, NJ office. This is an entry-level role that touches every part of the business, from data entry to client communication.

Bayville, NJ, in-office, full-time (5 days/week)

Status LLC is a process serving and legal support company based in Bayville, NJ, with more than twenty years of experience. The team handles personal service of process throughout New Jersey, including service on any state government agency, along with nationwide and international service. Status also offers courtesy filing of affidavits in New Jersey.

About the Role

As Data Entry Clerk, you'll learn how Status operates from the ground up, handling data entry, email correspondence, and phone calls while picking up all aspects of the process-serving business. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

  • You'll enter and maintain accurate data across Status's systems.
  • You'll manage email correspondence through Outlook.
  • You'll answer and route phone calls.
  • You'll support light clerical duties across the office.
  • You'll learn all aspects of the business, from service of process to billing.

What You'll Bring

  • Outlook proficiency preferred, or willingness to learn (paid training provided).
